This airplane can be used for instrument instruction, commercial (TAA) instruction and private use. Overnight and out of state flights are permitted, for these types of flights prior approval is required from administrators.

Solo: 

Private pilot with instrument rating, checkout flight with an approved instructor to include one (or more, if required) day VFR checkouts. To be eligible to take the airplane out at night or into IMC another checkout flight is required. Checkout flights will be billed based on ground instruction time ($50 Hr) and aircraft hobbs time. Knowledge of the airplane avionics systems can greatly reduce ground instruction and checkout times; please read the avionics manuals. If you are currently a private pilot with no instrument rating then instrument training can be provided in the airplane and work towards your instrument rating.

Split Safety Pilot Time:

If splitting time with a safety pilot, the second pilot need not be checked out to fly with you and the instrument requirement is waved. Please verify that you are in fact flying with an appropriately rated pilot if going under the hood. If the safety pilot wishes to rent the airplane by themselves they will need a checkout flight.
